Halloween Glowing Ember Roses - DIY Halloween Party Crafts - Halloween Decorating

In this short video I will show you how to make spooky glowing roses! Make sure to use true fluorescent craft paint - otherwise they won't glow. We used a fluorescent black light (rather than an incandescent black light bulb) to bring this project to life because the fluorescent bulbs emit a stronger light and create a brighter effect. The closer the roses sit near the lights, the stronger the effect.

The artificial roses were purchased from Walmart and dusted with black spray paint first. The fluorescent craft paint was from Michaels.
